JM400 Multipurpose Adhesive is a superior performing high solids, water-based floorcovering adhesive offering fast wet grab and strong final bond. Designed to suit a wide range of carpets. This includes carpets with hard-to-bond synthetic backings, such as latex / unitary or Action-Bac, and Axminsters and jute hessian backed.

• Open time: Between 20-40 mins, depending on temperature, humidity, subfloor porosity & trowel used
• Cleaning: Tools should be cleaned with water whilst the adhesive is wet. Use hot water or Morleys Solvent Cleaner should the adhesive dry. Do not use on the skin
• Coverage: Approximately 2-3m² per kg depending on the trowel used and absorbency of the subfloor
