Description
Pro-Screed Xtra is a rapid-setting, single-part, fibre-reinforced, water-based levelling and smoothing compound with excellent flow and adhesion properties. It is rapidly setting and can receive foot traffic after as little as 80 minutes, and floor coverings can be installed after just 3 hours or only 2 hours for ceramics. Moreover, it is suitable for application over most underfloor heating systems and, being protein-free, can be used in biologically sensitive areas. Being suitable for interior and exterior use and also suitable as a wearing surface makes Pro-Screed Xtra so versatile.
